What do the customization package include?
Braincrew Apps customization packages include a pack of premium services by our dedicated account manager and development team. During the implementation phase, you will have an Odoo Project Manager assigned to you to analyze, manage and deploy your requirements. The consultant will also train you on how to use the Odoo Apps and guide you on how you can use Odoo’s functions and features to grow your business.
How do I pay for any of the above packages?
You can pay for any of the above plans with your PayPal account or Stripe through your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit cards. Your information will be completely secured in the respective payment gateway terminal as we are not storing them in our database.
How can I track hours spent during any packages?
Upon subscription to our any of packages, you will get access to our portal system. You can track the work log & time spent by our consultant in the portal account anytime.
I want to pay partially. Is it possible?
Sorry. All our packages come with a 100% upfront payment. We will create your account in our portal and put the project in production after confirmation of payment.
I would like to cancel my package subscription and get a refund. Is this possible?
No refund is not available if our team has invested more than 5 hours of work in the project. Although we try our best to sort out any of your concerns at our possible strength to avoid such situations.
What are the requirements to start the customization project?
We will need details of your requirements including any available documentation or rough sketches that give understanding to our team. It would be very important for us to receive any sample reporting format to customize/develop any reports in the system.
Can I purchase the same or another package multiple times?
Yes we would love to work for a longer time with you. After completion of the first project, you can either choose the same package or another one based on your next customization requirements.
How do I get support after the completion of my project?
Each package includes designated free post-live maintenance support for your project. If you receive any bug or new change requests after completion of that time period than our team will be always there to work for those requirements in a form of the new project.
